SANTO DOMINGO.- Professionals linked to the construction sector will have a space this Saturday, September 19, to learn about the new trends, processes and solutions related to the use of steel in the industry, during Expo Acero Santiago 2026.
The event, organized with the participation of the Dominican Association of Housing Builders and Developers (ACOPROVI), will combine technical training, contact with specialists and a tour of companies linked to the manufacture of steel structures.
Among the scheduled activities is a tour of a steel structure manufacturing plant, where participants will be able to directly observe some of the processes used by the industry.
The program also includes conferences and technical activities, as well as a tour of the trade exhibition and networking spaces for industry professionals.
Free transportation from Santo Domingo
As described in the publication, participation will be free for ACOPROVI members, who will have round-trip transportation from Santo Domingo to attend the event in Santiago.
The activity seeks to bring construction professionals closer to the technologies, products and processes that are part of the steel industry in the country.
