SANTO DOMINGO.- In May 2019, five years ago, Vita Home Real Estate began taking its first steps within the real estate sector of the Dominican Republic.

It all started from the home of its founder, Yinette Paredes, who began this work with the help of a single advisor, Denisse Pablu, whose presence remains fundamental to the brand.

After the COVID-19 pandemic, Paredes recounts that the company began to experience significant growth within the market. Its transformation over time was remarkable. They went from having five advisors to having 30 today.

The real estate agents representing this agency are not limited to just one country. They currently have a team of 20 advisors between Santo Domingo and Punta Cana, in addition to 10 professionals based in Chile.

Its evolution was also evident in its expansion into new territories. What began in a small space within a house has now transformed into a main office located in Los Prados, Santo Domingo.

In 2024, they are already close to opening a new office in Punta Cana, one of the largest and most recognized tourist areas in the Dominican Republic.

Another plan they are pursuing is to achieve international expansion, but these details will be shared in 2025.

Its director, Yinette Paredes, a lawyer and businesswoman, was clear from the beginning that Vita Home's main mission would be "to provide specialized and personalized real estate services.".

Over the past three years, the company has established its international presence by forming strategic alliances in markets such as Colombia, Chile, Puerto Rico, and the United States.

“During this time, we have organized six international events, impacting more than 2,000 people, and we recently achieved exclusivity with Noval Properties to market in the Chilean market,” the executive explained.

This latest achievement, attained through an alliance with a promoter, made Vita Home their exclusive representatives in Chile.

Regarding the people who represent the face of the agency, he specified that there is a mixed team, made up of young people in training and experienced advisors.

In that sense, he highlighted that this combination allows for a balance between "the energy of young people and the experience of established professionals.".

Among their other projects, they plan to attract more qualified advisors to strengthen the team and guarantee top-notch service to their clients.

At the same time, they will continue exploring new international markets in order to attract investment capital for projects in the Dominican Republic.

Vita Home's Philosophy and Specialization

The hallmark of Vita Home is quality and personalized service. For this reason, they consider themselves a boutique real estate company, providing services that prioritize attention to detail.

Yinette stated that one of her main objectives is to ensure an optimal experience for her clients and collaborators.

“Our biggest and best client is our employees, which reflects our long-term vision based on trust and excellence,” she pointed out in an interview with El Inmobiliario.

During their years in the market, they have specialized in properties located in the country's tourist areas, mentioning Punta Cana, Samaná, Jarabacoa and the National District.

This firm is responsible for selling investment properties, second homes, properties for hotel purposes and family properties located in strategic locations “with high added value”.

In detailing the reasons for its growth in both directions, nationally and internationally, it highlights that several factors have influenced it: its focus on quality, a committed team, investment in digital marketing, alliances with leading developers, and strong leadership.

“It is essential to specialize in the real estate sector and offer a service that goes beyond commissions. The satisfaction of generating value for our clients is immense, and joining forces to develop and regulate the sector will make it more efficient and robust,” he stated.

Contributions from the real estate sector

Yinette, who has more than seven years of experience in the real estate sector, emphasizes that an agent is key to a country's economy.

To explain this statement, he emphasizes that, thanks to the actions they carry out, one of people's most important assets is managed: their home or investment.

“We facilitate secure transactions and help build wealth, contributing to the economic and emotional well-being of communities,” he said.

Awards received by Vita Home

In 2023, they were recognized with the Breakthrough of the Year Award at the Noval Awards. This award was given due to the performance of one of their advisors, who achieved the highest number of closed sales for Noval Properties.

In September 2024, the agency reaffirmed its market leadership by receiving the Highest Number of Sales Award for its performance on the Noval Properties Poseidonia project.
