Gesproin Group begins groundbreaking for the first corporate building in Cap Cana

The project will feature 92 offices and commercial spaces on El Dorado Avenue, with the aim of expanding the business offerings and boosting economic activity in the eastern part of the city

SANTO DOMINGO. Gesproin Group broke ground on Level Business Center, a real estate project that will mark the development of the first corporate office and retail building in Cap Cana, with the aim of strengthening business activity and expanding the availability of spaces for businesses and services.

The initiative responds to the need for facilities specifically designed for the operation of businesses within that destination, where professionals, companies and residents have had to move away to carry out certain commercial and work-related tasks, explains a press document.

The ceremony was attended by the Minister of Housing, Habitat and Buildings (MIVHED), Jean Luis Rodríguez; representatives of Gesproin Group; Rodrigo Medicis, from Infradom; the architect Alejandro Acebal, from Acebal Canney Arquitectos & Asociados, and Mario Betances, from ADECLA, as well as representatives from the real estate and business sector.

A new offering for the business sector

Level Business Center will be located on El Dorado Avenue, one of the main thoroughfares of Cap Cana, and will have 92 offices and commercial premises, as well as parking spaces for users and visitors.

The development is being handled by Gesproin Group, while the architectural design is by Alejandro Acebal, of Acebal Canney Arquitectos & Asociados, and the construction will be carried out by Infradom.

The information indicates that the proposal seeks to concentrate workspaces and commercial establishments in the same infrastructure, facilitating access to professional services and helping to reduce travel for those who reside or carry out economic activities in the destination.

In that sense, the construction of the property adds to the evolution of Cap Cana, traditionally linked to tourism and residential development, towards an offering that incorporates new opportunities for corporate and commercial activity.

Construction and economic revitalization

In addition to expanding the business infrastructure, the project will generate economic activity during its construction phase and once it is operational, through the demand for services and the establishment of new business operations.

“Cap Cana has proven to be one of the best places in the Caribbean to live. With Level Business Center, we want it to also be a great place to work and do business. We are very proud that we, a team that has been here since 2017, are developing the destination’s first corporate building, thanks to the trust of our partners and a firm commitment to the eastern part of the country. The project will create jobs during construction and generate stable economic activity once it is operational,” said the executives of Gesproin Group.

Similarly, the availability of offices and commercial premises could encourage the establishment of companies and professionals seeking to develop their operations near the main residential, tourist and service centers of the area.

Gesproin Group expands its real estate portfolio

The project joins the portfolio of developments that Gesproin Group maintains in Cap Cana, which includes Marina Garden, Wave Garden, Crystal Garden and Azul Garden, in addition to AC Hotels by Marriott Cap Cana and AC by Marriott Residences, presented by the company as the first of its kind worldwide.

Gesproin Group has had a presence in Bávaro, Punta Cana and Cap Cana since 2017, with residential, commercial and investment projects in sectors such as Los Corales, Cocotal, Cap Cana and Cabeza de Toro.

With the launch of Level Business Center, the company expands its presence in the real estate market of the eastern region and incorporates a proposal specifically aimed at the corporate segment, in response to the business infrastructure needs that accompany the growth of this tourist and economic hub of the country, the press release concludes.
