The firm headed by Ariel Grasso is taking over the marketing of Pradera Alta and seeks to expand business opportunities for buyers, investors and professionals in the sector
PUNTA CANA- RE/MAX Infinity, through Team Ariel Grasso, has begun marketing Pradera Alta, a residential complex of 496 apartments in Punta Cana, with the aim of expanding investment opportunities and strengthening the participation of Dominican real estate brokers in the market.
The division headed by Ariel Grasso will be in charge, as Master Broker, of coordinating the sales strategy, which includes promoting the units, training professionals in the sector and guiding potential buyers interested in acquiring properties in one of the country's main tourist destinations.
This initiative is part of the firm's efforts to expand its presence in the residential development segment and connect developers, investors, and brokers through a business network.
RE/MAX Infinity strengthens its sales structure
As Master Broker of Pradera Alta in the Dominican Republic, the company will direct the promotion and placement of the units, with special attention to the incorporation of real estate agents into the offer of the 496 homes.
The plan includes a permanent sales office that will serve as a point of contact for interested parties and a support space for professionals who wish to learn about the characteristics of the residential complex, present it to their clients, and assist them throughout the acquisition process.
Ariel Grasso, Team Leader of Team Ariel Grasso at RE/MAX Infinity, highlighted that the participation of brokers is one of the pillars of this business model.
“A fundamental part of our model is the real estate agent. We want them to have a place where they can come with their client, learn about the product in depth, receive training, and have a structure that supports them throughout the entire sales process,” he stated.
The executive explained that external professionals will be able to join the operation and access guidance and resources that will allow them to present the housing proposal to potential buyers.
A residential complex with opportunities for investors
Pradera Alta will add 496 apartments to the housing supply of Punta Cana, an area where the dynamism of tourism and the expansion of the real estate sector attract the interest of national and international buyers.
For those considering acquiring a property for investment purposes, residential properties are an alternative that can be evaluated taking into account factors such as location, purchase price, rental demand, operating expenses, and the potential appreciation of the property.
In this context, RE/MAX Infinity will facilitate the connection between interested parties and the residential supply, relying on its network of brokers to expand the reach of sales.
However, the available data on the launch does not specify the total investment amount, unit prices, financing options, or estimated returns. This information would allow for a more precise determination of the initiative's economic scope and an assessment of its attractiveness to potential buyers and investors.
It highlights the scope of the alliance
The start of sales is the result of a process of rapprochement between Team Ariel Grasso and the Colombian developer Prodesa, whose representatives participated in the contacts prior to the formalization of the commercial agreement.
Grasso argued that taking on the representation of an initiative of this magnitude implies a responsibility that transcends the sale of homes, as it also involves establishing a structure that links the developer with buyers and professionals in the Dominican real estate market.
“We are not simply receiving a project to sell. We are supporting the arrival of an international company in the Dominican Republic and taking on the responsibility of building their commercial structure in the country alongside them,” he said.
He also indicated that the purpose is to provide brokers with a support system that facilitates their incorporation into sales and contributes to expanding the presence of residential properties in the national market.
It is committed to expanding its real estate network
RE/MAX Infinity's division is dedicated to the promotion and sale of real estate developments and investment opportunities in the Dominican Republic, with a prominent presence in Punta Cana.
Their working model combines an internal sales unit with a network of independent brokers, through Master Broker structures that promote the dissemination of initiatives and the participation of professionals in the sector in different locations.
With Pradera Alta, the firm seeks to consolidate this business model and strengthen its ties with buyers and investors interested in the residential market of the area.
The operation also opens up space for Dominican real estate brokers to join in the sale of a complex backed by a company that has accumulated 35 years of experience in Colombia and more than 60,000 homes delivered.
