Under the title "From Lead to Closing," the prominent real estate leader will share the step-by-step sales process that has led him to achieve extraordinary results, from the first contact with a potential buyer to the closing of the sale
SANTO DOMINGO– Ariel Grasso, leader of RE/MAX Infinity and a prominent figure in the real estate market for his successful sales methods, announced the fourth edition of the Ariel Grasso Top Producer Academy, a training event for real estate professionals, which will take place next Thursday, October 29, at the Barceló Santo Domingo Hotel.
After sharing his knowledge and business experiences in countries like Mexico, Peru, Ecuador, and Bolivia, the veteran Top Producer announced his return to training venues in Santo Domingo with an intensive and practical Master Class focused on one of the biggest challenges real estate agents face: how to turn a lead into a sale.
Under the concept "From Lead to Close", this new edition will allow participants to learn firsthand how Grasso develops each stage of the sales process within his own real estate operation, sharing the strategies, techniques and tools he applies daily with his sales team.
He emphasized that the training will cover the entire journey a potential buyer goes through: from the moment a lead is received, how to establish first contact and build trust, how to identify their needs and make an effective sales presentation, to how to handle objections, apply different closing techniques, and follow up with those prospects who have not yet made a purchase decision.
"The goal is for participants to understand not only what to do at each stage of the sales process, but also how to do it, when to do it, and what strategies to use to increase their chances of closing a sale," a press release states.
A track record backed by international results
Ariel Grasso has been recognized as RE/MAX's number one agent in the Dominican Republic for four consecutive years. Furthermore, in 2024 he led RE/MAX's number one team worldwide, both in commissions generated and transactions closed.
His career has been characterized by the development of high-performing sales teams, the implementation of sales processes, and a prominent role in the marketing of real estate projects.
Through Top Producer Academy, the real estate advisor, a specialist in marketing and sales, seeks to share his experience with other professionals in the sector, transferring to a training space the commercial practices that are part of his daily operation.
Four key steps to convert more opportunities into sales
The day, as Grasso explained, will be organized into four modules that cover the main stages of the real estate sales process:
Effective approach: how to approach a new prospect, build trust, identify their needs, and guide them toward a sales presentation.
Handling objections: how to identify the buyer's real concerns, ask the right questions, and overcome the barriers that hinder a purchase decision.
Closing techniques: how to develop effective sales presentations, recognize buying signals, and apply different strategies to guide the customer towards closing the deal.
Effective follow-up: how to strategically work with prospects who have not yet purchased, maintain an active business relationship, and recover opportunities that could become future sales.
"Beyond theoretical training, Top Producer Academy will offer a practical view of the sales process, through examples, experiences and real situations that participants can immediately apply to their own real estate operations," he said.
