The third edition of the Team Ariel Grasso | RE/MAX Infinity initiative included visits to five residential developments and the presentation of different housing options with deliveries scheduled between 2029 and 2031
PUNTA CANA.- Nearly 150 real estate agents participated in the third edition of Móntate a la Guagua 2026, an initiative organized by Team Ariel Grasso | RE/MAX Infinity that brought together professionals from the sector to tour and learn about five real estate projects in Punta Cana.
The event took place over a full day and included three buses to transport participants through the developments included in the itinerary: Paseo de Punta Cana, Gayacana Residences, Bávaro Island Suites, Bávaro Island II Residences and Praderas del Farallón.
“This is an event we’ve been doing for the third year in a row, where we bring about 150 real estate agents all day to tour all our Master Brokers projects throughout Punta Cana,” explained Ariel Grasso.
During the event, representatives from the various projects presented their housing proposals and provided information on available units, prices, and delivery times. The tour allowed agents to explore different real estate options in the area, from apartments to detached houses.
“Real estate agents need to come to the site, they need to know the projects, and every year we add more and more agents,” Grasso said, referring to the importance of in-person visits for the work of professionals who guide potential buyers.

Five projects on the journey
The first stop was Paseo de Punta Cana, a development by Grupo Misael featuring two-bedroom townhouses and three-bedroom duplexes. Prices for these properties range from US$148,907 to US$197,147, according to the information provided.
Later, the agents visited Gayacana Residences, a project of 32 two-bedroom apartments. The units presented are priced from US$119,000, with variations depending on the building level and the outdoor spaces included.
The itinerary also included Bávaro Island Suites and Bávaro Island II Residences. Both developments were presented during the tour as part of the residential options in the area. Bávaro Island II offers one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments, with prices starting at US$77,950.
The last stop was Praderas del Farallón, a project of detached villas located in the Alta Vista residential area, in La Otra Banda, Punta Cana. The development includes two- and three-bedroom homes, with starting prices of US$89,000 and US$125,000, respectively.
Overall, the reported prices for the units in the visited projects ranged from US$77,950 to US$197,147. Likewise, the announced delivery dates for the properties with available information were distributed between 2029 and 2031. These differences highlight the variety of budgets and housing types presented to the participants during the event.
Direct contact with the projects
The in-person visit was a key component of the activity, offering agents the opportunity to see the properties firsthand and receive information directly during the tour. This approach also allowed them to identify the differences between the properties and have more precise references when explaining the options to their clients.
The event brought together real estate professionals for a day that combined visits to various developments with presentations of their respective real estate offerings. According to Grasso, participation has increased since the first edition, with a steady stream of agents joining.

A fourth edition in 2027
In assessing the participation, Grasso highlighted the growth of the initiative and announced that the organizing team plans to continue the activity next year.
“So next year we’ll be back with a fourth edition,” he said.
With this upcoming event, Team Ariel Grasso | RE/MAX Infinity plans to continue an activity that brings together real estate agents to learn firsthand about different residential options in Punta Cana.
