The Association of Real Estate Agents and Companies of the María Trinidad Sánchez province (AIMTS) announced the holding of a real estate fair to showcase the various options available in that area, in terms of real estate.
Edwin Guzmán García, president of the entity, explained that the purpose of the activity is to offer all real estate projects in the province to the public in one place.
He explained that the commercial activity will take place over four days, from November 21 to 25 of this year, with special fair offers, from 10:00 am to 9:00 pm in the Juan Pablo Duarte Central Park.
García said that the meeting will feature more than 50 real estate agents who will have a varied offer such as plots of land, apartments off-plan, affordable housing with housing vouchers, tourist villas and agricultural properties.
“We will have more than 50 exhibitors for sales, rentals or acquisition of new properties, in addition to the presence of financial entities such as banks, cooperatives, savings associations, etc.,” he told El Inmobiliario.
He extended the invitation to interested people who do not own a home, to those who wish to invest in a second home, or in a property that generates profitability or added value, to attend the fair.
“We also invite developers, construction companies, and businesses promoting projects involving land, houses, apartments, villas, farms, etc., to contact their trusted real estate agents to present their projects at the fair, which will be open to the public. We will also have talks, conferences, and refreshment areas to make your family visit more enjoyable,” the real estate agent concluded.
