SANTO DOMINGO.- Archipelago International, the largest private hotel management group in Southeast Asia, and Noval Properties, a real estate developer in the Dominican Republic, will manage six condo-hotel projects in the country.
The condo-hotels are located in the Punta Cana, Bávaro, and Cap Cana areas. In Bávaro, Punta Cana, there's the Reserva Real by HARPER project, with 187 modern units. In the Cap Cana Marina, there's Harbor Bay by ASTON with 186 units, offering one, two, or three bedrooms, and Juanillo Hills by ASTON, near the beach of the same name, with 60 units.
Finally, in Cana Bay, the exclusive beach and golf resort located along Arena Gorda beach in Punta Cana, Poseidonia By ASTON with 1,319 units, Coral Cove by ASTON with 72 units and Riviera Bay by ASTON with 110 units, according to a press release.
