SANTO DOMINGO.-The Floating Bridge over the Ozama River will be closed to vehicular traffic this Thursday, January 12, from 10:00 to 11:00 in the morning, to allow the passage of a dredge that will be carrying out cleaning work in the Isabela River, La Zurza sector.
The information was provided by the Director of Bridge Maintenance of the Ministry of Public Works and Communications (MOPC), engineer Romer Francisco Pérez Vargas, through the Directorate of Communications and Press.
The Floating Bridge connects the Colonial Zone of the city of Santo Domingo with Villa Duarte, in Santo Domingo East.
The Ministry of Public Works and Communications (MOPC) asks for the public's understanding, especially from those who travel along that structure, for the inconveniences that the measure may cause them.
