SANTO DOMINGO.- Marbel Lugo coined the phrase that "a positive attitude is the key to success." She is an experienced real estate agent with an extensive and varied resume, a tireless entrepreneur, and the creator of the first and only Women in Real Estate Club in the country, a space from which she develops initiatives with more than 100 members.
She has been the director of Exp Realty Dominican Republic since 2021. Through her Women's Club, she contributes to causes such as homeless children, the growth of women in the sector, business, and leadership.
Expo Foro CENI invited this prominent real estate woman to share her organization's experiences as an integrative experience, given that the event will take place on March 8, "International Women's Day".
Lugo is the Broker Owner of Dominican Properties, a real estate company that offers services in residential, commercial and tourist sales; trainer, coach and speaker (leadership,
personal finance, motivation and entrepreneurship); since 2015 she has been part of the Association of Real Estate Agents and Companies (AEI), of which she is part of its teaching team.

She is part of Mora Pagán Constructora, a company dedicated to the development and conceptualization of projects, and the search and location of properties for future developments. She speaks English and Spanish.
Her experience includes being Broker Owner of Paradisso Inmobiliaria in Santo Domingo, from 2005 to 2008, also serving as general director of international marketing and sales with "a total of more than 50 million dollars in placements.".

Marbel Lugo studied Bachelor's degree in Hotel Business Administration at the Catholic University of Santo Domingo (UCSD), interior design at the Altos de Chavón School of Design, postgraduate studies in marketing and sales at APEC University, a diploma in Business Consulting at APEC and another on real estate company management at the Technological Institute of Santo Domingo (INTEC).
