Marbel Lugo asked real estate agents to keep an eye on new technologies "because if we don't, we'll be left behind.".
“Think big, sell hotels, update your real estate business. Say goodbye to excuses, zero excuses. The only thing that makes things happen is you, I don't have to wait for absolutely anyone to tell me what to do, no one has to get you up in the morning, I can do it, I'm going for it,” the speaker told the large audience.
Lugo invited those present to review their goals, noting, "Sometimes we don't get results because we don't know where we're going.".
In his opinion, the trend among real estate agents is to build their teams internationally because more and more people want to invest in the Dominican Republic. “Expand your business internationally, learn another language, and if you can’t, find a good translator.”.
He called on real estate agents to plan their finances. “We must start being investors, organize our finances, and think about new business models for your real estate business. This is the time to adopt this model and begin dollarizing our economy, to be alert to opportunities,” he said.
