With the attendance of personalities linked to the real estate sector, the official presentation of the CENI platform began, celebrating the good moment that this sector is experiencing in the country; and at the same time, commemorating International Women's Day, formalized by the United Nations.
In her keynote address, Ana María Ramos said, “The team at El Inmobiliario and our partner Ganar-Ganar are delighted to welcome you to this first edition of Expo Foro CENI, an event we have prepared with great care and dedication to fulfill our main objective, which is our cornerstone: to provide you, our participants, with useful content so that you can have information for your growth and development.”.

He emphasized that CENI is a play on words that responds to the needs of this growing industry. “C stands for communication and training; E refers to strategy, expansion, and entertainment; N is for business and networking; and I is for integration, information, and innovation, all of which are key to the work of any professional.”
Ana María Ramos recalled that during the presentation of the print edition of El Inmobiliario on September 29, 2022, they announced the launch of this initiative, created in collaboration with Víctor Arrechedera, a brilliant professional from Venezuela. “This new integration effort is designed as a platform to provide construction and real estate professionals with the tools they need to strengthen their career development.”.
In that regard, he announced that the second printed edition of El Inmobiliariowas officially presented at this event, whose cover refers to the steel industry, a vigorous pillar that contributes to the country's economic growth.
Ramos invited those present to enjoy this activity, which featured a program of interesting topics "that we are very sure will help you improve your real estate work practices. Topics selected based on what we read in the digital newspaper, the needs we see, and the current situation in our country.".
In that regard, he assured that all the speakers and his surprise guest have sufficient credentials to address the topics with the rigor demanded by the audience that accompanies them.

On International Women's Day
Ana María Ramos stated that choosing March 8th to hold this first meeting was not accidental. “A simple journalistic exercise conducted a few months after the launch of our digital newspaper revealed that 64% of real estate agents are women, which led us to select International Women's Day to commemorate this initiative, taking into account the high participation of women, with topics relevant to the sector, and with female speakers to recognize their significant impact in this field.”.
She indicated that, from its inception, El Inmobiliario has had the support and distinctive mark of women. “Our team includes valuable women: from the creation of our logo and the design of our print materials to the excellent management of our social media, everything has a female touch.”.
Ramos recognized all the women of the world, our heroines, “you who fight every day to set the ship of life afloat. I pay tribute to your effort, your willpower, your discipline, dedication, sacrifice, determination, courage, daring, passion; your magic in solving everything, your eternal love. I invite you to stand, give us a big round of applause, and listen to the song 'Creo en mí' by Natalia Jiménez.”.
Gratitude
He thanked the Ministry of Tourism for brightening the start of this activity with their folk ballet; also his ally in this project, Víctor Arrechedera for his dedication, efficiency and the great passion he brings to his work.
She especially thanked the sponsors, “those who are joining us again, those who are joining us for the first time, and all of you for responding to this call. We have received massive and enthusiastic support from the real estate sector, which fills us with great satisfaction,” Ana María Ramos pointed out.
