SANTO DOMINGO.- Born in Sinaloa, Mexico, a land of hardworking people and big dreams, Lizzeth Avendaño learned early on that effort is the foundation of any story worth telling. Her professional life began amidst kitchens, flavors, and travel: she was a chef for fifteen years, working in restaurants and on private yachts abroad.
For a long time, her world revolved around kitchens and international menus, until one day she realized that success also had to make room for love and presence. Being a single mother led her to rethink her path. “There has to be a profession that is noble, that gives you quality of life,” she firmly repeated to herself, paving the way for a new version of herself.
It was in 2019, on the Riviera Maya, where her reinvention began. She entered the real estate sector with no experience, but with a great willingness to learn. “I didn’t know anything about properties, but I knew how to deal with people, and that opened doors for me,” she recalls. Her empathy and attention to detail quickly made her a prominent figure in the competitive world of real estate.
There she discovered that her goal wasn't to sell, but to accompany dreams. Each client represented a new story, a family goal, an opportunity to create something lasting. And with that vision, she grew, step by step, building a career on trust and honesty.
Fate then led her to the Dominican Caribbean, where the blue sea and the warmth of the people made her feel at home. In Punta Cana, she found the perfect setting to continue her professional and personal journey. “Here, they welcomed me with open arms. I felt like I could start over,” she shares with emotion.
With the same commitment that drove her in Mexico, she expanded her firm, Top Adviser Real Estate, a company based on ethics, training, and close client relationships. From Cap Cana, she works with carefully selected projects and a clear vision: to offer transparent and personalized service.
His philosophy is simple, yet profound: “This isn’t just about selling, but about helping people make one of the most important decisions of their lives.” This sensitivity, combined with his discipline and professionalism, has allowed him to make a name for himself among international investors who value his knowledge and warmth.
Lizzeth has learned that real estate is also a school of life. Every negotiation, every closing, and every satisfied family represents a lesson in trust and perseverance. “You’re not playing with just anything,” she says, “you’re dealing with someone’s hard-earned wealth.”
Today, looking back, he recognizes that every change had a purpose. He went from luxury yachts to residential project blueprints; from serving exquisite dishes to handing over keys that change lives. And at every step, his passion for service has been the constant.
His friendly manner, his determination, and his example inspire others to pursue their goals without fear of starting over.
From Sinaloa to Punta Cana, her story reflects the value of reinvention and believing in one's dreams. Lizzeth Avendaño didn't just build a company; she built a new life.
