Culinary Grand Prize
One of the main attractions will be the Culinary Grand Prize, a competition that will bring together more than 200 chefs and gastronomy professionals, who will demonstrate their preparation, creativity, technique and capacity for innovation, according to a statement.
He explains that the competition is an important platform to recognize gastronomic talent, promote professional excellence, and offer new opportunities for growth and advancement to its participants.
What the agenda includes
According to its organizers, the agenda will include a trade exhibition of brands and suppliers, networking spaces, conferences, panels with industry professionals, gastronomic experiences, demonstrations, competitions, and special activities.
