SANTO DOMINGO – Black Lion Properties distinguishes itself by prioritizing the well-being of its agents, recognizing that comprehensive training leads to better results. Therefore, the company focuses its efforts on providing its team with the necessary training and tools to offer the best possible service to its clients.
“We work from the inside out because the internal well-being of our staff is one of our most important values. We focus on their self-esteem and their ability to value themselves as valuable and empowered human beings. We are a company that cares about our advisors' career advancement, ensuring that each one loves what they do and enjoys the process,” says CEO Hanoi Pérez.
In line with this principle, they prioritize the professional development of their agents, considering them their greatest asset and the key to sales success. Therefore, their work plan includes a monthly training program with educational courses and workshops focused on high-value content, such as personality, the power of the entrepreneur, sales strategies and techniques, and personal branding.
On October 13th of this year, the firm arrived in the Dominican capital, joining the list of agencies that offer projects in the tourist destinations of Punta Cana, Samaná, Jarabacoa and Juan Dolio, as well as Santiago and Santo Domingo.
Sharing the role with Pérez are Nikauly Brito and Pamela Reyna, along with its founder, Jurgen Klaric, one of the most prominent Spanish-speaking business influencers of the present era.

Black Lion Properties specializes in tourist properties. Its distinctive color alludes to elegance, exclusivity, and quality, while the lion represents attitude, strength, courage, and excellence, explains Hanoi Pérez.
One pillar on which this firm bases its programs is teamwork, supporting each other, in addition to constant training on the projects they manage and the strategic approach that allows them to achieve their objectives.
“Power, quality and experience” are the three terms that best fit the brand, according to the executive, who defines her partnership with Klaric as an “exclusive strategic alliance”.
When analyzing the current situation of the real estate sector in the country, the CEO of Black Lion Properties maintains that it is one of the sectors with the greatest growth and economic momentum.
“We understand that some of the key factors that have benefited the country's market are its diversity, investor confidence, and tourism promotion. The sector is very active and experiencing upward growth,” he emphasizes.
