SANTO DOMINGO.- The 4th International Congress of the Association of Real Estate Agents and Companies (AEI) will arrive next Thursday, August 3rd, an event that will be attended by various personalities linked to the real estate industry from different countries.
In addition to the interesting content offered by prominent speakers, the association will have the attendance of professionals linked to the sector such as Luis Eduardo García, from Colombia; Ana Seydi López from Costa Rica, CRS instructor for Central America and the Dominican Republic, who will attend as special guests.
The congress, which will take place from 8:30 AM at the Catalonia Hotel in Santo Domingo, will also be attended by Paule Romulus, representative of the National Association of Realtors;
Also present will be Cindy Castillo, former president of the Hispanic Realtors of Florida, and Álvaro Boyd, president of the Panamanian Association of Real Estate Brokers and Promoters (ACOBIR).
Program
The program will begin with remarks from the president of the AEI, Alberto Bogaert. The series of speakers will be inaugurated by Francisco Montalvo, a Dominican social communicator who graduated from UNIR, the International University of La Rioja in Mexico, and holds a Master's degree in Nonverbal Communication, a postgraduate degree in public speaking, discourse, and business communication from Harvard, and is a certified body language consultant from the Knesix Institute.
Pepe Gutiérrez, who holds a diploma in Social Sciences, a degree in Social Anthropology, and is an ethnographer, immunologist, Master in BI, and data scientist, will follow. He has a Master's degree in Artificial Intelligence and is coming from Spain to present his lecture at our congress, which is based on "TheAI Revolutionin the global real estate sector, the advantages and benefits derived from process automation."
After lunch, there will be a series of awards, followed by a presentation by Jorge Carbonell from Mexico, who will speak on the new reality of the real estate sector. He holds a degree in marketing from the Monterrey Institute of Technology and Higher Education (ITESM), is certified in Real Estate Marketing, and is a Train the Trainer/Train the Presenter certified by Keller University and the John Maxwell Team. He received the KWW Presidents Award in 2019 and has been a distinguished member of the Mexican Association of Real Estate Professionals (AMPI) since 2008.
Margarita Pasos, Fortune 500 trainer, life and business coach, opinion leader and motivational speaker, will have the final participation in the meeting, where she will offer 7 key result areas in sales.
