SANTO DOMINGO.- The fifth edition of Woman Day aims to help women in the real estate sector, who represent the majority of participants, discover key strategies to increase their sales, from a group of experienced leaders who have traveled their own path and accumulated enough knowledge and experience to share.
The event is designed for female entrepreneurs and women in the real estate sector, and its presentations have been conceived to enhance and elevate the businesses of the participants, empower them, and raise awareness among women in real estate about their role in the sector.
The theme chosen for this year's competition is "Maximum Sales", under the guidance of the following experts:
Erga Sánchez
With a degree in Business Administration and a master's degree in Marketing, and more than 10 years in the Real Estate sector, she is an active member of the National Association of Realtors (NAR); she will guide you to become a trusted agent.
Barbara Warren
A specialist in promoting magical lifestyle experiences through international luxury real estate investments, as Director of International Business Development Sales. She will discuss how to internationalize your real estate business.
Reyna Echenique
A lawyer and real estate sales specialist with over 10 years of experience in the real estate sector. An active member of the AEI and the NAR, a speaker, certified by Maxwell Leadership, and founder of the Echenique Group. She will guide you toward achieving real estate leadership in 90 days.
Lucy Quiñones
A business coach, speaker, motivator, and inspirational expert specializing in international real estate, she has served the community for 20 years with her visionary skills, supporting hundreds of leaders in the United States and Latin America. She will discuss how to transform your life through real estate.
Gisel Castillo
CEO and founder of Meet Business, a consulting firm specializing in corporate advisory and training. With over 20 years of experience in brand reinvention and positioning, strategic process planning and business development, crisis management, and reputation management, she will help you become a real estate mentor.
Mariano Sanz
Luxury sales specialist with over 19 years of experience. President and CEO of Aides Dominicana Investments, one of the leading residential real estate and rental agencies in the exclusive Cap Cana market in Punta Cana. He will guide you through the process of selling high-end properties.
They will be joined by Alberto Bogaert, president of the AEI, Association of Real Estate Agents and Companies; Michael Mota from the Alterestate platform, Anabel Ferreiras from Quifer Consultores, Doris Chirino and Johanny Gil, who will be in charge of the panel "Current and future of real estate in the Dominican Republic".
The activity will take place on the 26th of this month of October, at the facilities of the Hotel Catalonia, from nine in the morning to four in the afternoon.
