The new media outlet will be launched at an event tonight, September 29, at seven o'clock in the evening.
SANTO DOMINGO- El Inmobiliario will launch its print version tonight, marking a new step for the publication as it aims to chronicle the origin, evolution, and development of the construction and real estate industry in the Dominican Republic.
El Inmobiliario is the first media outlet specializing in the real estate sector and the construction industry in the country, created with the purpose of providing useful content to the broad community of one of the most dynamic sectors of the national economy.
“This print edition will be published every four months and will strengthen and complement the digital newspaper we launched last September; with the clear aim of writing the history of the construction industry in its broadest sense through its pages.”.
Ana María Ramos, its director, states that the content of the printed material, although specialized, has been designed to cover diverse audiences, with some topics that concern the general interest of the population.
Distribution channels will include shopping malls, hardware stores, printers, construction companies, real estate agencies, industry associations, corporate buildings, among others.
“We will review the origins of the construction industry in the country, its broad scope and evolution; we will explore its new developments, highlighting the remarkable contributions it makes to the country as one of the sectors that most drives the economy,” Ramos explains.
The new venture boasts a refreshing and varied design, with rich content developed by a team of professionals with experience in diverse media outlets. In addition to Ramos, who will be the director, the team includes Mariel Acuña, design editor; Fidel Pérez, photo editor; and Danielis Fermín, social media manager.
El Inmobiliario will feature attractive sections highlighting the range of information on the sector concerning all its activities and the historical role played by a growing industry that last year ended as the second fastest growing sector in the country.
Tomorrow we will announce the details of our new venture, because today El Inmobiliario is celebrating.
