SANTO DOMINGO.- On August 3rd of this year 2023, the real estate sector will host the most important congress held in the country for real estate agents, with four outstanding speakers, three international and one local, an opportunity to renew knowledge and experiences.
The AEI, Association of Real Estate Agents and Companies, is in charge of organizing this meeting, which last year brought together more than 700 real estate brokers and is being held again at the Catalonia Hotel in the Dominican capital.
Among the exhibitors is Margarita Pasos, a Fortune 500 trainer, life and business coach, opinion leader, and motivational speaker.
“She was named the most important Life Coach in Latin America by the Mexican Broadcasters Association and recently highlighted by People en Español magazine as one of the 25 most powerful women of 2023,” says the AEI in describing the professional's profile.
Another prominent speaker who will take the stage at the Fourth International Congress of the AEI is Pepe Gutiérrez, who has a diploma in Social Sciences, a degree in Social Anthropology, is an Ethnographer, Immunologist, Master in BI and a data scientist.
“He has a Master's degree in Artificial Intelligence and comes from Spain to develop his conference at our congress based on “TheAI Revolutionin the global real estate sector, the advantages and benefits derived with the automation of processes.”
Also speaking will be Jorge Carbonell from Mexico, a marketing graduate from the Monterrey Institute of Technology, certified in Real Estate Marketing, Train the Trainer / Train the Presenter by Keller University, and certified by the John Maxwell Team.
“He received the Presidents Awards recognition from KWW 2019. Since 2008 he has been a distinguished member of the Mexican Association of Real Estate Professionals (AMPI).”
A young national talent will be present, Francisco Montalvo, born in Santo Domingo, a social communicator graduated from UNIR, International University of La Rioja in Mexico, he was also in the Harvard public speaking program, Master in Non-Verbal Communication, Postgraduate in public speaking, discourse and business communication, Certified as a consultant in body language by Knesix Institute.
He is the current director of the VozzIT public speaking academy, a television presenter and presenter on other platforms, and the author of the book Stage Fright. Montalvo will open the event with his presentation “Effective Real Estate Communication: The Art of Speaking and Being Heard. Public Speaking – Body Language – Stage Fright.”.
