PUNTA CANA – The “Real Estate Retreat” has been held quarterly for the past two years in Miami, Florida. This time it moves to the Dominican Republic, and from the country's main tourist destination, located in the east, it will be geared towards real estate agents from Latin America.
C5 Global, the largest Hispanic real estate group in the United States, is the entity organizing the "First Latin American Real Estate Retreat," which will take place this coming weekend (November 4 and 5) of this year.
A press release states that the event will be packed with content, including talks, workshops, training, and advice for those who wish to become experts in this sector.
“It will be two days of total immersion. Here you will discover, from real estate coaches Orlando Montiel and Daniel Montiel, founders of The Montiel Organization, who have trained more than 12,000 real estate agents, a proven plan that will give you the clarity and simplicity to implement the strategies that are currently helping thousands of brokers grow their businesses,” explains Stephanie Cabral of the Cabral Group Team.
The coach is a renowned real estate consultant with nine years of experience in the industry and a prominent YouTuber. This is the first time the event will be held outside the United States.
“It’s the only event of its kind in the Spanish-speaking industry. All attendees will have the opportunity to learn exactly the planning and execution strategies being implemented by top producers, enabling them to develop a clear plan and meet their production goals,” Cabral affirms.

The meeting, aimed at real estate leaders and advisors, will take place at the Ocean El Faro Hotel in Punta Cana.
“Participation packages start at US$699; they include all-inclusive accommodation for 2 nights and 3 days, 1 month of coaching from The Montiel Organization, accountability sessions, the book 365 tips for real estate agents, an intensive Instagram and Facebook course, an intensive email marketing course, webinars, YouTube courses, a workshop on how to sell pre-construction properties, among others,” the real estate agent explained.
Regarding retirement
The Real Estate Retreat is a unique experience that every broker should have because it marks a turning point in their career. “It’s an activity that will help us stop seeing ourselves as mere real estate advisors and start seeing ourselves as real estate entrepreneurs. This is your business, and you must manage it as such. Here, you’ll leave with the tools to do so,” Cabral concludes.
