SANTIAGO. Sonoma and Bianco are the new apartment towers that this municipality adds to its extensive construction boom. These two projects feature innovative, attractive, and functional designs, and are located in strategic areas of this Cibao city.
Elite Ingeniería, the construction firm responsible for the project, presented the new real estate developments to the public. Pedro Oguis Jiménez, a civil engineer and CEO of Elite Ingeniería, explained that the new projects will adhere to high-quality standards, allowing residents to enjoy a superior lifestyle and adding value to the city.
The company he represents has developed successful innovative projects in the city of Santiago, based on standards of quality and originality.

"The city of Santiago has grown impressively in recent years. Much of this growth has been in peripheral expansion, so the city is calling for greater development from those who represent the construction sector, and part of our commitment is to meet that demand," said Jiménez.
The event, held at the Centro León, also featured speeches by the director of operations, Enmanuel Grullón, and the architect Lisbeth García.
Since its inception, Elite has made a significant contribution to urban development by creating high-density real estate designs and solutions.
"These buildings, by accommodating a higher percentage of people - due to their vertical orientation - respect spaces, are sustainable and elegant; and become an admirable icon of the city.".
