SANTODOMINGO.- After a two-year hiatus due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the "RE/MAX Dominican Republic RE/UNIDOS 2022 National Convention" returns today, featuring a program of interesting topics related to the real estate sector.
A lineup of prominent speakers will headline the presentations, which will begin with the Vice Minister of Housing and Building Policies and Planning, Ernesto Mejía, who will talk to the audience about "The Ministry of Housing, its role and functions.".
Mayobanex Suazo, Director of Urban Planning for the National District, will be in charge of speaking to those present about the General Directorate of Urban Planning, its functions, regulations, and land uses.
Baris Kilicarslan, international motivator and author, will address the topic "Become the leader of your life with RE/MAX," a talk that will have simultaneous English/Spanish translation.
Luis Marino López, founder of Adrian Tropical, will show attendees how to “Start, Consolidate, and Transcend.” Ana Lourdes Franco, an associate at Remax, will present “Stories of Success and Perseverance.”.
Gustavo Vergara, Chief Investment Officer of Grupo Pais, an ally of the
Business Office, will offer a guide to the attendees on “How to make a real estate project viable from A to Z”; while the Regional Director of RE/MAX Bolivia, Oliver Viera, will refer to the “RE/MAX Formula”.
Daniel Park of RE/MAX Paraguay will discuss “Techniques for Developing Winning Teams and Following
Up with Clients Through to Closing.” To conclude the event, Juan Marichal, the first Dominican inducted into the Baseball Hall of Fame in Cooperstown, will share his extensive experience in Major League Baseball with an inspirational and motivational talk titled “Toward Immortality.”
