SANTO DOMINGO.- Starting with the 8th edition, which is circulating from this weekend, and on the occasion of reaching two years since its launch, El Inmobiliario will extend its wings by adding a new strategic distribution point.
The Max Ferretería branch, located in Galería 360, a company with more than 25 years in the local market, will be the new stop for the printer starting tomorrow, Sunday, September 29, the date that will be its anniversary.
“With this new strategic point located in one of the main hardware stores in the National District, we have reached our goal set for 2024 of reaching 10 shopping centers, from where the print edition can be distributed to all audiences interested in consuming the content we offer and the products that are marketed through our pages,” highlighted Ana María Ramos, director of the country's first media outlet with useful content, specializing in the real estate, construction and tourism sectors.
This is the fifth location the publication has opened in 2024, joining Punta Cana (Print City), Cap Cana (Civil Mek), Restaurant Fusao (Naco), and Restaurante Las 4F in Moca. The other locations where the free print edition is distributed are Print City Bella Vista, Naco, Las Praderas, Metro Plaza Charles Sumner, and San Isidro.
“Our print publication also circulates among a wide range of actors and protagonists in the sectors we are concerned with in Santiago, Santo Domingo East, the National District and Punta Cana,” Ramos noted.
Max Ferretería was founded in 1998 by Mario Chabebe, with its first store located in Villa Consuelo. Its second branch is situated in Galería 360, a shopping center with over 20 departments and a wide selection of hardware, home improvement, and other products.
For its part, the printed edition El Inmobiliario was launched on September 29, 2022, as an appendage of the digital portal, the first pioneering media outlet in the country to offer valuable content through its pages exclusively for the aforementioned sectors, three pillars that drive the Dominican economy.
