SANTO DOMINGO. Plusval Dominicana will be the company in charge of the commercial management, or Master Brokers, of the Puntarena project, whose second stage of sales was inaugurated with the signing of an agreement recently signed.
Juan Chalas, General Manager of the real estate company; along with Francisco Ferreiro, Director of Business and Special Projects; and Simón Suárez, Vice President of Institutional Relations and Special Projects of the Puntacana Group, signed the agreement to launch the sale of the stage in which the ambitious project is located, located in Baní, Peravia province; and which is projected to be executed in five different moments, given that it encompasses multiple amenities.
“In this new phase, new beach apartment units will be opened to the market, a turnkey villa project will be launched, and new plots of land for villa construction will be put on sale, in addition to those already completed,” the signatories explained.

The project, the executive said, has been developed sustainably, taking into account environmental protection measures and the ecosystem of the area, and includes a protected area for iguanas, flamingos, and migratory birds; it also has all the services in a safe and family-friendly environment, in harmony with nature.
Chalas, from Plusval Dominicana, highlighted that Puntarena offers unique attractions for investors and buyers, given its privileged location, ideal for practicing wind sports such as kitesurfing, windsurfing and sailing.
“Its surroundings also lend themselves to adventure activities such as mountain biking, hiking, 4-wheel or buggy rides, and the Puntarena Diving School is already in operation with instructors certified by the Professional Association of Diving Instructors (PADI),” the real estate firm executive explained.
According to Chalas, the project will include new amenities such as a boat dock and a restaurant area. The development offers options for permanent or vacation residences.

The project is a joint venture between the Rainieri, Selman, Rizek, and Read business groups, with Rainieri holding the largest stake. Its development was planned in five distinct phases. It has been underway for eight years and is the fifth largest project in the country in terms of area, covering 15 million square meters, according to Juan Chalas.
