Platinum Brokers: two years committed to impacting lives through real estate consulting

SANTO DOMINGO.– Platinum Brokers by Freeway is celebrating its second anniversary in the Dominican market, and its promise for this journey is to remain committed, working ethically and responsibly to continue impacting the lives of each person who trusts in the brand's work.

“It has been 730 days full of learning, growth, emotions, some gray days, others super colorful, however, the gratitude is infinite,” Syndi Zamora, CEO of the company, tells El Inmobiliario .

The company, registered in Venezuela but comprised of a group of 17 Dominican and Venezuelan agents, is dedicated to the sale of all types of real estate, from houses, apartments, land, villas and commercial premises, extending its reach to the entire national geography.

Zamora explains that the past year was marked by innovation and diverse growth, citing the implementation of an internal audit system for property acquisitions, as well as the application of customer satisfaction surveys. “Both programs lead us to continuously improve the real estate advisor process, allowing us to provide all our clients with a memorable experience,” the real estate advisor points out.

He explains that Platinum Brokers was born out of a pressing need to change what is called a "salesperson, realtor, real estate agent" to be transformed into a comprehensive real estate advisor capable of providing complete support in all areas involved in a real estate negotiation.

"It is important to emphasize that to become a real estate advisor, one must undergo a transformation from Being to Doing, in order to provide impeccable service from beginning to end, to everyone to whom we provide our advisory services.".

According to the head of Platinum Brokers, the Dominican real estate sector is experiencing its best moment, and she predicts that it will get even better with the possible approval of the law to regulate real estate intermediation because "it would be laying the groundwork to put in order many things that until now were not under control and therefore reached the point of harming the sector, but I am certain that once approved, this will generate an increase in confidence for both local and foreign investments.".

On its second anniversary, Zamora wishes to express her gratitude to those who help her bear the burden of a business that is still in its infancy. “Gratitude to my God for being my guide and support each day; to our team of advisors, who are undoubtedly the best in the world; to my administrative team, who are not only my support but also the creative minds; to my family for supporting my crazy ideas, my long working hours, and above all, for their unconditional love, which they never cease to give me, especially on those days of hard landing, when they only show me love and a look that everything will be alright; to our clients who choose us every day without hesitation to turn dreams into realities; to our colleagues who accompany us in this arduous task; and to the owners, developers, and construction companies who have entrusted their projects to Platinum Brokers by Freeway,” she concludes.
