SANTO DOMINGO.-The current president of the AEI, Association of Real Estate Agents and Companies, defines himself as an exemplary father, husband, son, brother and real estate entrepreneur, supportive, honest and loyal, born in Santo Domingo, capital of the Dominican Republic.
Bogaert holds a degree in Marketing and a Master's in International Trade and Economics, with 24 years of experience in the real estate sector. He will take the stage at the UTESA Convention Center on June 28th at the CENI Expo Forum to discuss the importance of real estate agent certification and the relevance of regulating the real estate industry in the country.
“The key to success lies in finding satisfaction in all aspects of your life, both personal and professional. It's about achieving your goals and feeling, every day, that you've given your best to your family and your work,” says the speaker at the upcoming CENI meeting.
Achieving unity as a professional association is their main objective because "united we can achieve a lot," says the vice president of the Latin American Real Estate Confederation (CILA).
Bogaert is serving another two-year term as head of the AEI, and says that during his time leading the association, he has managed to position the sector very favorably both locally and internationally.
“Furthermore, another of our main achievements is the successful implementation of an effective and high-level training system to the point of certifying more than 3,000 participants, as well as our congress which has become the most important real estate event in the Dominican Republic,” he says.
He says that his greatest aspiration for the real estate sector is to achieve the regulation of the profession, for which he is taking steps and promoting the long-awaited law in the National Congress.
“I invite all real estate agents who intend to make a living from this business for many years to contribute their bit through the association, and I urge them to do so with passion and dedication,” he explains.
