SANTO DOMINGO.- As a young entrepreneur, Judith Félix, CEO of Modern Properties, invites women of the current generation to focus, build their future, and look within themselves for the talent that will lead them to develop their dreams and make contributions to society.
The real estate consultant, founder of the aforementioned brand for the past 6 years, with more than a decade of experience in the real estate sector in the country, calls on young women to value time and not waste it on unproductive actions.
“For me, International Women’s Day is a special day that commemorates the value that every woman has in both the personal and professional spheres. We women are fortunate to be very talented in what we do, which is why I believe that more than just on March 8th, women should always be recognized,” the executive explained while speaking for the “High-End Women” series by El Inmobiliario.
After stating that she feels highly valued in the real estate sector in which she has worked, Félix asserts that the way women are viewed has changed a lot in society for the better and that nowadays women occupy a large number of positions in developments across all areas and companies.
She adds that the role of women in society has been evolving. “Nowadays, women are respected and admired for their talent and dedication; we tend to be dedicated and very passionate about the roles we take on.”.
She believes there has been progress in society regarding women's roles, although she notes that with the education women have gained, they should have reached better and higher positions. She advises them to continue learning and preparing themselves because it is one of the main factors.
For Judith Félix, being a woman is the most valuable and wonderful thing that can exist, "since women are like a flower that carries a different life story in each petal.".
