Grupo Puntacana and its brand, Puntacana Resort & Club, within the framework of Fitur, the International Tourism Fair, will announce the latest developments regarding the W All-Inclusive Punta Cana in Uvero Alto, a project in partnership with MAC Hotels and Marriott International, which will have 349 rooms and generate 600 new jobs.
The company announced that it will be present at the business meeting, showing its support for the development of tourism in the country, at the Dominican Republic stand at the IFEMA fairgrounds, where its main executives will complete a full agenda of meetings and encounters with investors and visitors, as a way to promote the country and the Eastern region as a tourist destination.

In a press release, Grupo Punta Cana stated that among its upcoming projects is the inauguration of the expansion of Terminal B at Punta Cana International Airport (PUJ), which will have the capacity to handle three million passengers, and will feature seven boarding gates and seven air bridges.
The company highlights that recently, Punta Cana International Airport achieved a record 8 million passenger traffic, becoming the first airport in the country to reach this figure, demonstrating the growth of the Dominican tourism industry.
