SANTO DOMINGO.- Because COVID-19 has changed the way people view the world, and in light of the emergence of a new generation of agents, AEI, the Association of Real Estate Agents and Companies, will address on August 4th of this year the new approaches that must be adopted in the real estate business, given the current reality and challenges.
"The New Real Estate Era is convened with the mission of uniting real estate professionals in an open international activity, with the vision of updating, communicating, training, and uniting in a single voice, while integrating the generational shift that is emerging with great force in the real estate market," the Association states on the event's official website.
Three prestigious international guests with extensive experience in the real estate sector will lead the presentations, which will begin at eight in the morning; accompanied by three experts from renowned Dominican real estate agencies; under the direction of Alberto Bogaert, president of the AEI, and Nikauly de la Mota, a well-known media personality.

Ana Seidy López

With more than 10 years working in the Latin market, Director and Instructor of CRS for Central America and the Dominican Republic, Real Estate Entrepreneur, Licensed Finance Professional, Real Estate Entrepreneur, former President of the Costa Rican Chamber of Real Estate Brokers, Speaker at the CILA Congress.
Among his international designations are NAR REALTOR, Certifield residential specialist (CRS), NAR'S Green designation and CIPS (Certifield international property specialist).
Carlos Rentalo

"I have been in the real estate sector for over 15 years. I have worked as marketing director for an international real estate network, created more than 30 marketing and sales training programs for Spanish-speaking real estate agents, and given hundreds of lectures around the world," he states in his CV.
He explains that as an international speaker, he has been a presenter at important real estate events such as Emociónate in Spain, the Realtors Congress in the United States, AEI in the Dominican Republic, Acobir in Panama, Fedelonjas in Cartagena de Indias, and those of Acbir Azuay, Guayas in Ecuador and the Dominican Republic, among others.
This real estate mentor explains that he also helps real estate managers to become leaders in their area or segment, and within their team; independent real estate advisors or those who want to develop a solid career, to find their biggest challenge and overcome it; and of course, to be happy with their profession.
Cindy Castillo

She states that she loves teaching and has over 14 years of experience in the industry with many rewarding experiences. "I served as president of the Hispanic Realtors Association in Central Florida and have had over 10 years of high sales volume, consistently ranking among the top 3 in the company I work for.".
The consultant, strategist, and real estate coach says that the best part is being able to be a good example for many of her colleagues and helping them achieve and surpass their goals.

Juan Estevez

"I started in the real estate world in 2009, almost 30 years old and unemployed. In May 2011, I began my career as a real estate entrepreneur as co-founder of Mr. Home Real Estate Advisors, with the conviction that extraordinary service begins with truth, integrity and respect for others' property," the speaker explains.
The Broker Mr. Home Top producer "has had the opportunity to be part of the development of dozens of real estate agents, based on ethical and moral values and that is what they are, the pride of a great desire, to contribute professionalism and respect to the real estate market," he says.
Isely Almánzar

Broker Kw Norte, is the director of AEI North Zone, a graduate in Business Administration with a postgraduate degree in general management, with 18 years of experience in the real estate sector.
Juan Chalas

He defines himself as an expert in marketing residential projects in the central business district, with experience in managing more than 30 exclusive projects, a graduate in Business Administration, with a master's degree in Business Administration, Madrid; co-founder of Plusval Inmobiliaria in 2007 together with Eros Caamaño, TOP Producer for 10 consecutive years of Plusval (2007 -2017).
Nikaluy de la Mota

This long-time communicator is also a producer "who has successfully ventured into television, radio, acting, and print media since childhood. She holds a degree in Social Communication and is a final-year student in International Relations, specializing in Advertising and Mass Media Communications. She is also a graduate in marketing and political communication," she says.
She adds that she has been a Diplomat of the Dominican Republic in Mexico and general coordinator of the Institutes of Dominicans Abroad (INDEX) from 2014 to 2020, director of the Televisa Mexico International Publishing Group, editor of the Santo Domingo page of Vanidades magazine from 1998 to 2001, businesswoman, advisor and speaker; certified real estate professional in the AEI and active member and collaborator of the Association.
Alberto Bogaert

Alberto Bogaert is the president of AEI. He holds a degree in Marketing, a master's degree in international trade and economics, and was vice president of the Latin American Real Estate Confederation (CILA) in 2019. He has 23 years of experience in the real estate sector. "The best thing about it all is being able to be a good role model for many of my colleagues and helping them achieve and surpass their goals," says Bogaert, who is also a broker at Múdate.
