SANTO DOMINGO.- Elite House has just celebrated its sixth anniversary in the Dominican market, exhibiting marked growth in its customer service program, with its determined faith and goodwill to continue offering quality work and adherence to good practices.
Three branches located in Santo Domingo, San Francisco de Macorís and Santiago; in addition to an office in Punta Cana, eighty-two real estate agents and a clear vision of its horizons are part of the menu of achievements that one of the leading real estate agencies in the Dominican Republic exhibits today.
In light of the event, our digital newspaper El Inmobiliario, asked seven questions to Ariel Castillo, CEO of the company, about this new anniversary and where the next steps of the outstanding company will be headed.
1-What are the main achievements that Elite House currently exhibits?
We've established our own advertising agency and organized major real estate events for clients and colleagues. Through neuromarketing techniques, we've sold hundreds of apartments in a short period.
2- How many agents did they start with and how many do they currently have?
We started with 4 agents and now we are 82.
3. What has changed in the last six years?
The level of organization has changed; we are more organized and more focused on our clients, who are the priority of the real estate sector.
4. What do you consider to be the agency's main contributions over these years?
We have supported the sector to become more professional with all our talks and conferences given by our sister company ELITE INSPIRA, achieving the support of the main real estate agencies in our activities, since this program has been dedicated to training, motivating and supporting the professional growth of real estate agents in the Dominican Republic.
5How much has the company grown in terms of branches?
We currently have three branches that all operate jointly.
6. Where do you see the company in the coming years?
In the coming years, God willing, we will continue to grow in agents, offices in the country and internationally.
7-How do you see the prospects for the construction sector in 2022?
The construction and real estate sectors are doing very well in 2022; there's a palpable sense of optimism and hope. Many Dominicans and foreigners want to invest in the Dominican Republic. The only thing to be concerned about is the rising cost of building materials
