SANTO DOMINGO.- The Ministry of Housing, Habitat and Buildings (MIVHED) issued a call for the final drafting of the organic and functional regulations of that government agency.
The entity explains that this call is made in compliance with Law 160-21, which created the institution; as well as the General Law of Free Access to Public Information and its implementing regulations; it also complies with the Law of Rights of Persons in their Relations with the Public Administration and Administrative Procedure No. 107-13; and the Organic Law of the Public Administration.
The MIVHED maintains that the general public may participate in the process through the institutional portal http://mived.gob.do, and that recommendations and suggestions on the project must be submitted in writing within ten business days from the eleventh of this month, the date on which the call was made.
It notes that those interested in making their contributions can write to the email address claudio.stephen@mivhed.gob.do, or deposit them physically at the MIVHED headquarters, located in building II, on Avenida Pedro Henríquez Ureña corner of Alma Mater, Santo Domingo, National District.
“In accordance with the procedure established in the current regulations, Mr. Claudio Stephen, Legal Consultant of the Ministry of Housing, Habitat and Buildings, will decide on the appropriateness of incorporating the suggested modifications,” clarifies the statement posted on the institutional website.
It adds that if no comments are received within the indicated period, which will be peremptory, the published text will constitute the final wording of the draft regulation of the government entity.
