“Tu CasaRD has been here in Bogotá since last Friday. We held a private fair at a hotel with around 200 attendees over the three days of the weekend, and yesterday we gave a presentation of real estate projects and developments with approximately 20 Colombian businesspeople from different sectors who are interested in investing in the country,” stated Western Hernández, the firm's leader.
He explained that he shared the conference with Erick Núñez and that he had a lunch planned for yesterday with the representative of the Lonja de Colombia, a corporation that brings together real estate professionals.

“Echenique Group will only have a brand presence at the fair. We will be supporting the Association of Real Estate Agents and Companies (AEI) and participating in the academic program, offering a conference jointly with an expert in migration, covering the legal, immigration, and tax aspects for foreign investors,” explained Reyna Echenique.
He added that through Echenique Academy he will hold a conference in a space calledel inmobiliario Cocktail" for real estate entrepreneurs, where he will talk about the 7 keys to real estate self-leadership and how to improve the tools that real estate agents need to be successful.

“We also have in-person appointments with investor clients here who want to invest in the country for consultations, to answer questions and address all issues related to the real estate and legal aspects of the Dominican Republic,” Echenique said.
He considered it a good sign that clients are seeking ways to educate themselves before investing. “It is a key characteristic of Colombian investors to educate themselves and gather information before committing to an investment in the Dominican Republic. We have several appointments scheduled and will be here until the 15th of this month.”.
Yeranni Brea of RE/MAX Monumental stated that prior to traveling to Colombia, her brand developed a promotional campaign aimed at Colombians, informing them of her presence at the Gran Salón Inmobiliario, an initiative that resulted in several appointments with potential clients.
“The most important thing is that Colombians are most interested in having their investment secure, and many of them want to take their money out of the country. Therefore, we are offering them projects that provide security. Most of the projects we are promoting are backed by the CONFOTUR law, and all of them are under the protection of trusts, which gives them security for their investment. In addition, we will be presenting them with the occupancy rate and the estimated return on investment they will have with their property,” Brea explained.
He explained that RE/MAX will have a rotating booth at different times so that various franchise offices can have a space to meet with their clients. “Besides networking, for example, we have a meeting with RE/MAX Colombia to forge client partnerships and for them to learn about the projects we are developing in the country, which are designed for investors.”.
