SANTO DOMINGO- An extensive program featuring fourteen women who will take the stage to share their knowledge on topics related to the real estate and construction sector is part of the enriching content of the first edition of the CENI Expo Forum, which will take place tomorrow, March 8, on "International Women's Day," from nine in the morning to six in the evening.
The event, sponsored by the newspaper El Inmobiliario and Ganar-Ganar, will bring a different concept where music will take off, with a tribute to Dominican culture and to honor women on their commemorative day.
The head of the Technical Directorate of Confotur of the Ministry of Tourism, lawyer Brenda Morales, will open the conferences with the important topic of the Confotur Law and its scope.

The second speaker will be Paola Romero, also a lawyer from the Certezza Group, who will offer extensive details on legal security for foreign investors in the Dominican Republic.
Marbel Lugo, a prominent real estate agent, will take the third turn to speak on "International Women's Day" about her Real Estate Women's Club, as an integrating experience in the sector.
Isely Almánzar, a true Santiago native, will take the stage at 10:35 AM to explain the advantages of Airbnb as a guarantee of real estate profitability.
The construction sector will not be absent; at 10:55 Elia Briceño, from the Bricket Group, will refer to innovation processes in construction.
Puerto Plata, the country's premier vacation destination, will be present with its plans and projects for its relaunch as a tourist hub. At 11:15 AM, Birgitt Heinsen, president of the local Tourism Cluster, will showcase the charms of the "Bride of the Atlantic" as the guest destination at the meeting to be held at the Catalonia Hotel on the Malecón in the capital.

Returning from lunch, Annies Gómez of Houselink and Luz Sarmiento of Urban Group will host the prime hour with the panel “Challenges facing the Dominican real estate sector in the future”, with presentations by Rodelixsa Manzueta, Laura Pérez and Zoila Abreu, from KW Dominicana, Noval Properties and Scotiabank, respectively.
From Buenos Aires, Magdalena Grings, Commercial Leader of Grupo SyG, will speak remotely about Expo Real Estate Buenos Aires, to share her experience with the Dominicans, as the guest country.
At 2:55 PM, Cinthia Medina, General Manager of Coopinmobilia, will explain this innovative initiative and its importance in societies.
María Cristina Grullón and Eliana Guerrero will present RE/MAX as a global real estate icon: The Dominican Republic Case; and to conclude, attendees will engage in a closing session with a guest expert on the subject, who will showcase the strategies that have led to his sales success.
For the conclusion, the general producer, Víctor Arrechedera, prepared a surprise segment and invites everyone not to miss the impactful finale of the first CENI Expo Forum.
