They offer guidelines on the key to winning the prize
SANTO DOMINGO- The Noval Awards represent a testament to the hard work of real estate agents and their impact on real estate development in the Dominican Republic, according to three prominent representatives who were nominated last year and who highlighted several of the contributions they believe the awards make to the sector.
As preparations increase for the award ceremony this coming Tuesday, December 12, and the invited real estate agents plan the outfits they will wear at the sector's main gala of the year, El Inmobiliario sought the opinion of three award winners to find out their impressions on the changes that the recognition has brought to their lives.
For Anyshia Blinderman, vice president of Blue Caribbean, a company that received a distinction such as “Punta Cana Excellence”, receiving a Noval Award has represented “a tremendous source of pride”.

“Noval Properties has helped our area in Punta Cana grow in a beautiful and innovative way. And thanks to these projects, the entire area has been revolutionized, with everyone wanting to be part of its progress. Being a pillar in the industry, for us as a growing real estate company, winning Noval Top Producer of the Year 2021, and Top in Punta Cana 2022, was a source of great pride,” the executive stated.
Looking at the number of real estate agencies in the country, being recognized among them all is something that brings value and testifies to the great work and effort they have done.
He believes that “all industries deserve something similar that highlights leaders in their respective areas and recognizes outstanding professionals. This motivates others and encourages them to take action and strive for new growth goals.”.
Blinderman shares his recipe for growth for real estate agents: “Dedication and persistence above all else are key. Never give up, never think the goal is too ambitious, and persevere despite the obstacles. Never stop learning, ask for constructive criticism, study markets/trends, and you will be a Top Producer too.”.
The revelation of the year in Santo Domingo, Javier Vargas of MJ Real Estate, puts his faith in achievements first: “First of all, honor from God to our company, looking to Him, trusting in Him, doing the right thing, discipline and hard work, the honor comes in its time.”.

For Vargas, it's an award he'll never forget. "With Noval being one of the largest construction companies in the tourism sector, this award puts you in a position of reference not only within the tourism industry but also in the eyes of clients," he emphasizes. His advice for achieving a Noval award: "God first, specialization is key, a defined action plan, patience, and focus.".
For Erick Núñez of Tu CasaRD, leading sales broker at the Noval Awards 2022, it has been an honor and a privilege to have received the award, as it represents recognition from such a prestigious construction company for his effort and hard work, "but it has even more value knowing that I was worthy of it among so many other colleagues who are excellent and have a high level of professionalism who equally deserved it.".

He emphasizes that for him the award ceremony has a very high value and importance, since more than the statuettes or prizes to be awarded, Noval Properties celebrates and distinguishes them as business partners, and in these awards the hard work that the real estate sector does and that is often not valued or is underestimated is highlighted.
Regarding Noval Properties' contribution to the awards, he believes it demonstrates that you never reach your goal alone, "we always support and encourage each other as a team, and the awards confirm to the entire construction sector that rather than seeing each other as competition, with suspicion or wanting to stay on the sidelines, if we unite and work as links in this value chain, we go further and better.".
