SANTO DOMINGO– Businesswoman Zarah Alzugaray, who will be coming from Guatemala to speak at the 5th International Congress of the Association of Real Estate Agents and Companies (AEI) “Innovate 2024”, announced that during her presentation at the event, she will show real estate agents how to follow the path to success without shortcuts and by assuming the consequences and commitment that the career demands.
“My conference is about power and leadership in real estate, where I try to leave a clear message about the importance of having a purpose, being resilient people, and a solid personal brand,” said the specialist in conversation with El Inmobiliario, who for more than 28 years has been Broker Owner of Alzugaray Real Estate, a firm dedicated to the sale of platinum properties in her country of origin.
He explained that his presentation begins by narrating his story and a timeline of his life from his beginnings to the present day, so that the audience and real estate agents have a clear path to follow (without shortcuts), and assuming the consequences and commitment that must exist in the real estate career.

“It’s not about half measures or timeshares. I tell the same thing to real estate agents who are entering this industry for the first time: this isn’t a suit I put on today, this is a career I live and breathe every day, it’s the only thing I do, and I keep my business cards handy because you never know where you’ll find a client who has a property for sale or wants to buy,” Alzugaray emphasized.
In her lecture on August 1st at the Catalonia Hotel, the expert said she would talk about the importance of:
A. Never give up
B. Having a purpose in life
c. Not being afraid to start over from scratch
D. Detachment
E. To shine even with a broken soul, always
F: And have clear goals
The expert, who has been in the real estate market for over 28 years, added that she has remained relevant in the industry through her personal brand and by focusing on a single line of business, namely high-end property brokerage, although she always maintains a portfolio of properties that sell quickly.
