SANTIAGO.- With around 150 participating brands, distributed in 300 stands and 50 green areas, the Santiago Chamber of Commerce and Production begins this afternoon and until Sunday, October 6, the Thirty-seventh edition (No. 37) of Expo Cibao 2024.
The multi-sector event, to be held at the Central Park facilities in Santiago, continues its tradition of being a catalyst for growth and innovation in the Dominican Republic.
This year, the fair will not only celebrate the diversity and potential of the regional industry, but will also set a new standard for trade exhibitions in the country.
This edition of Expo Cibao seeks to foster synergy among all commercial, economic and productive sectors of the Dominican Republic and the Northern region, in order to contribute to the construction and development of a better country for all.
The Santiago Chamber of Commerce and Production, the organizing institution of the event and which will be celebrating its 110th anniversary during Expo Cibao, reaffirmed its commitment to the development of the commercial, economic and productive sectors of the Dominican Republic and the North region.
Through initiatives that complement Expo Cibao's purpose of boosting local commerce, such as Pro Cibao, which was created as an opportunity to export our products to international markets and generate investment in the region, and which takes place in the 6 months alternating with Expo Cibao
Expo Cibao is the largest and most important trade fair in the northern region and the country.
This year they are adding a new exhibition area, and will have additional areas for mass consumption, a gastronomic boulevard, a tobacco area, Fintech and entrepreneurship, and the food and beverage area.
It will feature companies from all commercial sectors: agriculture, industry, construction, education, services, finance, livestock, tobacco, gastronomy, fintech.
Similarly, there will be talks, conferences, panels, daily raffles, artistic presentations, and every night there will be artistic presentations of salsa, merengue, bachata, rock, Latin pop, among other rhythms.
