In “365 Tips for Real Estate Agents”, you will find everything you need to become a true professional, be more productive and build a business, the authors assure.
SANTO DOMINGO– Every human being is unique. No matter how many and how diverse the universe is, everyone carries a distinctive mark that sets them apart from others and identifies their essence. The same is true in the real estate world. There are thousands of real estate agents, but they all do different things, although there is a common element that unites them: all those who cultivate success perform the same actions.
Orlando and Daniel Montiel reached this conclusion after thousands of hours of teaching with numerous real estate agents. They have been conducting training sessions for over 20 years and have trained more than 12,000 real estate agents.

They are the authors of the book “365 Tips for Real Estate Agents”, fresh out of the oven, released on March 21 of this year, where they narrate everything that successful real estate agents do, covering everything from their beginnings to transcending as great salespeople.
“After having trained more than 12,000 real estate agents, including #4 and #7 according to Forbes and the Wall Street Journal; in this book we want to convey what the most successful real estate agents do, from their beginnings to becoming great producers,” the authors say, answering questions for the digital newspaper El Inmobiliario.
Both are originally from Venezuela and have lived in the United States for over 20 years, where they have embraced the mission of professionalizing Spanish-speaking real estate agents through various means. “The first was the real estate coaching program, then came the 90-Day Challenge, known as the “Real Estate Retreat,” which is a 3-day in-person planning event,” explain the Montiels, who hold real estate licenses to practice their profession in the world’s leading country.
They add that they later incorporated a daily radio program with a friend and colleague through a digital platform, in which they explain the techniques, strategies and typical concerns of the agents.
“But we wanted something more structured that had a daily application sequence, that takes you from A to Z, as we do in coaching, and in a different format, and the book was the answer,” comment the CEOs of The Montiel Organization.
In “365 Tips for Real Estate Agents”, you will find everything you need to become a true professional, be more productive and build a business, the authors assure.
"Initially, we cover what you need to know about marketing, both digital and offline, to attract clients, as well as what you need to know about sales to convince them. But it doesn't stop there; we also talk about finance, money management, time management strategies, business tips, mindset, and goal setting as a real estate agent.".
The Montiels believe that “great things aren't built through a single day's immense effort; it's the small things done consistently that bring wonderful results. With this book, all the agent has to do is apply one tip a day,” they advise.
About the authors
Experienced agents recount that after growing up together in Caracas, Venezuela, they separated when they went to university. Orlando went to the United States and graduated in finance, while Daniel studied business administration in Venezuela. However, they always sought to reunite, and when they finally did, they started a business in the real estate industry.
“For many, working with family is a challenge; for us, it has been a blessing to be able to work, share, and build together. Many years ago, it was a dream for us that we have been making a reality, and now at this stage, we are less focused on ourselves and more on contributing and helping others achieve their dreams,” they say.
Their training and professional development for real estate agents is based on a marketing and sales coaching methodology, proven by over 12,000 real estate brokers. They currently conduct more than 120 marketing and sales training sessions annually, both within and outside the United States.
