SANTO DOMINGO.- To stay up to date and analyze the projections of the real estate sector in the Latin American market, the president of the Association of Real Estate Agencies and Companies (AEI), Alberto Bogaert, participated this weekend in the 2nd Congress of Real Estate Developments and Investments in Guatemala.
The event was called Expo Real Estate Centroamericana y El Caribe, Exposición y Congreso. The panel, titled "Investments in LATAM: Globalization and Projections," featured the Dominican representative alongside the presidents of associations from Guatemala, El Salvador, Costa Rica, and Nicaragua, where they analyzed the real estate situation in each of those countries.

Among the topics discussed at the meeting, in addition to the panel discussion, were new financial scenarios and the role of financial institutions; the vision of a leader, innovation, creativity and disruptive strategies; and the idea that the future is now. The event combined in-person and virtual formats.
