SANTO DOMINGO- The Office for the Reorganization of Transportation (OPRET) announced the special schedule for the Santo Domingo Integrated Metro and Cable Car System during the end-of-year festivities and the beginning of 2023, to provide greater convenience to users.
The measure includes today, January 2nd, declared a non-working day by the Executive Branch. Therefore, the service schedule will be as follows:
On the holiday of January 2nd, the metro will operate from 6:00 am to 10:00 pm, while the cable car will be available from 8:00 am to 9:00 pm. OPRET indicated
that the transportation service and all its personnel will be operating as usual until the established hours in order to provide the customary safety and efficiency.
The institution called on the public to act with prudence and moderation during this period.
