SANTO DOMINGO – Corales del Caribe is the new residential project to be built in Santo Domingo East. It will feature two thousand apartment units, distributed across four phases. This project is part of a broader effort to position this area as one of the hubs for real estate investment and development in Santo Domingo.
The BP Group, under the management of engineers Pedro Bonilla and Roberto Pérez, a highly experienced business group with a 50-year family history in the construction sector and more than 14,000 housing units built in the country, is responsible for the development of the project.

The project will include green areas, children's play areas, gazebos, a basketball court, an exercise area, and restrooms for men and women; all with access control, 24-hour security, and a commercial area.

“Corales del Caribe is a project that adds value to the Santo Domingo East area. It will also have isolated areas for solid waste management, emergency electricity for common areas, independent gas supply installation for each apartment, and a water tank on the roof of the buildings.

The three-bedroom apartments will have 90 square meters of living space, with a living room, dining room, kitchen with breakfast bar, two full bathrooms, a balcony, a laundry area, and access to one or two parking spaces. All units will feature porcelain tile floors, hotel-style doors, a modular kitchen with granite countertops, glass windows, and pre-installation for air conditioning.
