Former New York baseball player Alex Rodriguez, 46, recently sold the mansion he bought in the Miami area shortly before his breakup with Jennifer Lopez.
According to the New York Post, which broke the news, the sports analyst sold the property on December 6 for $6.3 million, a figure higher than the $5.5 million he paid on April 9.

Despite that great achievement, A-Rod initially tried to sell it a few days after buying it, however, he failed in his attempt, only succeeding now.
The identity of the new owners is currently unknown; all that is known is that they have big architectural plans for the property.
“The new owners plan to build the most flawless oceanfront home, which will truly be a rare gem in the Bay Point community,” said Julianna Castro, the real estate agent who closely followed the transaction.
According to the technical specifications, the residence is distributed over one floor and has an area of 3,100 square feet, with three bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms.
It also features a foyer, kitchen, dining room, living room, main hall, TV room, among other rooms.
The kitchen is open-plan and very spacious. It is equipped with white cabinets, high-end appliances, a central island, and has access to the garden area through a sliding door.
Outside, it features extensive green areas, a terrace area, a swimming pool with its respective spa area, a barbecue area, a children's playground, a basketball hoop, and access to a body of water.
