SANTO DOMINGO- At 5:30 PM today, 175 applicants will attend the program virtually, which is designed to help train new real estate brokers.
It is a permanent calendar maintained by the AEI, Association of Real Estate Companies and Agencies, throughout the year to give an opening to agents who wish to enter the sector through the front door, with the fundamental knowledge.
“CBR 01 Certification” is aimed at guiding new agents step by step, so that they can begin their experience with the necessary tools to get off to a good start.
At this afternoon's opening, Ilonka Castillo will introduce participants to the Real Estate Business. Tomorrow, Tuesday, Claudia Castillo will invite them to embark on a journey through Property Appraisal. Teresa Pérez and Alenny Garabito will accompany them on this journey to learn about the AEI and Ethics in Real Estate Business
On Wednesday, Edgar Arguello will guide you through today's world with his presentation on Digital Marketing, Social Media, and its tools for promoting products; he will also explain the theory of Branding. Later, Ivan Guerrero will walk you through Real Estate Acquisition, highlighting publishing techniques to ensure your sales are successful and culminate in a successful closing.
On Thursday the 30th, the tour moves to the realm of justice, and under the guidance of Robinson Cuello, participants will learn the legal aspects of the real estate industry. If you're unfamiliar with terms like Real Estate Jurisdiction, Condominium Law, and Money Laundering Law, pay close attention so you can learn them thoroughly, as they are fundamental to real estate transactions. You've likely heard of the Trust Law, which is very topical these days; Roberto Carlos Jorge will explain it until all questions are answered.
On Friday, the last day, Marbel Lugo will guide the audience on Team Leadership; and a main event with Freddy Liriano who will talk about the AEI Marketplace, Networking tools and Business Generation.
And to end with a flourish, the president of the AEI, Alberto Bogaert, and a surprise guest will share their experience with the young people and give them wise advice so that they can fly as high as they want.
