With an area of more than 200,000 square meters, Riviera del Este is the new real estate development that will be built in Juan Dolio and will add 1,996 residential units, located a few minutes from San Pedro de Macorís.
Executives from the BP group announced the construction of the residential complex, with ocean views and beach access, featuring a family and tourist concept with more than 1,500 residential units for families and some 496 units for tourist investment, according to a press release.
"Riviera del Este Residences" is designed for families with an urban concept of 2 and 3 bedroom homes that will also have a sports trail, children's play area and parking with a cost that allows access to the government bonus for those buyers who qualify, the information highlights.
For its part, "Riviera del Este Prime" is a luxury residential concept with a tourist focus, featuring 1, 2 and 3 bedroom units, parking, an elevator, and amenities including social areas, paddle tennis courts, a clubhouse with a pool, gyms, and both indoor and outdoor spaces.

Its executives emphasize that the project will be developed in stages and will include the construction of a shopping plaza, a church, and a supermarket.
“Riviera del Este will change the way of life for the inhabitants of the East, especially those families from San Pedro de Macorís who seek to reside near the beach, in a safe and comfortable area for themselves and their children, a complex with a majestic maritime environment and at a cost so affordable that it even allows for government support through the housing bonus,” highlighted Samuel Batista, executive of the BP group.
The press release explains that the BP Group comes from a long family history linked to the construction sector with more than 50 years of experience in the real estate market, with a long line of projects developed and delivered over the years.
He specifies that the first stage of the Riviera del Este projects is scheduled to be delivered in January 2026 and will be just 5 minutes from downtown San Pedro and 20 minutes from the Las Américas International Airport, with quick and safe access on the road leading into the city of San Pedro de Macorís.
