The National Statistics Office begins the national survey for Enhogar 2022
The National Statistics Office (ONE) began data collection yesterday, May 18, for the 2022 National Household Survey (Enhogar 2022). Interviewers will visit households participating in the survey throughout the country until the second week of July 2022. ONE invites all residents to open their homes to Enhogar 2022 and provide valuable information so that this national project can be successfully completed. The data collected is crucial for decision-making and the design of public policies that promote and improve the quality of life for all sectors of the country.

During the first four months of 2022, the Dominican Republic set a record, moving 5,160,661 passengers by air in entries and exits of the country, which represents half of those transported during all of 2021, explained the president of the Civil Aviation Board (JAC), José Ernesto Marte Piantini.
Presidentinaugurates new center that will offer services from 12 institutions in SDE
President Luis Abinader inaugurated the "GOB Express in-person services" on Wednesday, a project of the Government Office of Information and Communication Technologies (OGTIC). The new facility will offer 127 services from approximately 13 public institutions and is located at the "Parada de la Cultura" (Culture Stop) in the municipality of Santo Domingo Este. This is the third such center in the area; the first is located in Sambil and the second in Megacentro.

After more than two hours of meetings in the Cabinet, President Luis Abinader announced that next Sunday, the 22nd, the ministers will implement the "Government in the Provinces" program.
