Expo Ferretera opened last night with high expectations of contributing to further energizing the Dominican construction industry

From today until Sunday, the public can attend the Dominican Fiesta Hotel Convention Center where the event is taking place, bringing together a diverse range of companies from the hardware industry in the country and internationally.

SANTO DOMINGO.- With the presence of various personalities and representatives of the hardware sector, the new edition of Expo Ferretera was inaugurated last night, an event in which various guest countries and a large delegation of companies from the national industry participate.

Ana Ventura, general manager, thanked the more than 40 companies participating in this year's exhibition, which will be open to the public from today, and tomorrow Saturday from ten in the morning to eight at night and on Sunday until seven at night.

He cited that the event is attended by important exhibiting companies from countries such as Mexico, Brazil, Colombia, Italy, Puerto Rico and Guatemala, interested in exploring business opportunities with the Dominican Republic.

The executive also highlighted the visit of representatives from companies and associations in the hardware sector from Brazil and Puerto Rico, who want to take advantage of the country's geographical location to supply neighboring markets in other Caribbean islands.

Ventura maintained that Expo Ferretera 2022 offers an excellent opportunity to meet a wide range of manufacturers of hardware and construction items, so that the Dominican Republic stays up-to-date with the innovations of the international market.

As part of the fair's activities, there will be business meetings or B2B meetings, as well as conferences and workshops open to the public, organized by the exhibiting companies and by the Ministry of Industry, Commerce and SMEs.

The fair is sponsored by Pinturas Tropical, Lanco Dominicana, Kwikset, Grupo Corvi, Industrias Bisonó, Grupo Power Plastic, Domicem, Max Corredores de Seguros and is supported by the Chamber of Commerce and Production of Santo Domingo.
