The St. Regis hotel chain has announced the arrival of what will be the first and only five-star branded real estate offering in Cap Cana. This is The Residences at The St. Regis, which promises to be the most luxurious residential complex in the Dominican Republic and is scheduled to open this October.
The project features 47 beachfront homes, 15 golf terrace residences, six Astor residences, and two stunning penthouses. The most exclusive property, the Astor Penthouse, is currently on the market for $25 million, which, according to its owners, would make it one of the most spectacular and expensive residences in the history of the Dominican Republic.
This chain is recognized worldwide for its elegant and sophisticated style, with more than 40 hotels and resorts around the globe. For its opening in the Dominican Republic, they have appointed Peruvian chef Diego Muñoz as head chef of the highly anticipated luxury residential complex.

The complex is being developed by Campagna Ricart & Associates (Campagna Ricart) and Pioneer Investment Funds, who announced that they have reached 50 percent sales since its launch last year. The project is scheduled for completion and opening in the first quarter of 2024.
