The evolution has been "good and rapid". They started the agency with just four people and today they have around twenty men and women motivated to get ahead and be part of the generation that makes history, committed to delivering a memorable, customer-focused service.
SANTO DOMINGO – Impacting lives is a term many institutions use to describe achievements in a particular field. Entrepreneurship is a rich source through which excellent results can be obtained and human beings can be positively transformed.
“To impact lives, it’s not necessary to take grand actions; simply let yourself be guided by situations and be as transparent as possible—that is, be honest and sincere, without wearing masks—so that the impact on life can occur. Don’t justify, rationalize, or over-question what you do,” says Ortiz Coach, a life and organizational blog.
The phrase "impacting lives" was the inspiration that seduced Judith Felix to take the leap four years ago and create Modern Properties, a real estate company dedicated to the sale, rental and management of properties.

“I had been in the real estate market for six years and people came to me wanting me to teach them because my leadership goes beyond selling properties, it's about teaching people to believe that it's possible to build a path in this industry,” says Judith.
Many people, she continues, are inspired by my growth as a human being and as a businesswoman, and they approach me to ask for the opportunity to start in the real estate sector, and in that way I impact lives as people learn and develop, says the young entrepreneur.
Teamwork, genuine service and win-win is the philosophy applied by this group of 23 real estate agents, distributed in Santo Domingo and Punta Cana; and who manage an inventory of approximately one thousand properties, in addition to the projects.
Their evolution has been "good and fast," because when they started the agency there were only four people and today they have about twenty men and women motivated to get ahead and be part of the generation that makes history, committed to delivering a memorable, customer-focused service.
This team, led by a young woman, applies an unbeatable method to achieve excellent results in real estate operations: "equal conditions, empathy for others and communication," explains its leader, Judith Félix.
Félix observes that the construction sector is currently going through a delicate moment, given the global outlook dragged down by the crisis between Russia and Ukraine, but he understands that moments of pressure are also moments of opportunity "it always depends on the perspective".
When assessing the unity of real estate agents, she emphasizes that she gets along very well with all her colleagues and respects their work, to which she feels bound by ties of affinity and from which she aspires to reap a good harvest, so productive as to envision herself in five years among the top five real estate companies in the Dominican Republic.
