SANTO DOMINGO.- “Regarding the suggested training for surveyors, we want to emphasize that within our strategic plan we have planned training for qualified professionals,” responded representatives of the Real Estate Registry (RI) to the request made by a delegation from CODIA, the Dominican College of Engineers, Architects and Surveyors.
During a visit by the new board of directors of the association to the RI, they expressed their desire that their surveyors receive help on technical issues inherent to their profession, and therefore requested facilities for some training.
“We take this opportunity to request that our surveyors receive assistance on technical matters through training that can be provided by you,” said surveyor and CODIA Secretary General Juan Antonio Villar González, during a visit by the new board of directors to the government agency.
Government representatives immediately stated that these training sessions are part of their strategic plan.
The RI directors recently received the new CODIA board at the institution's facilities, who took the opportunity to congratulate the institution on the improvements it has made to the services it offers.
The delegation from Codiana was received by surveyor Ridomil Rojas, national director of Cadastral Surveys, the general administrator of the organization, engineer Jhonattan Toribio Frías, and Ricardo Noboa, national director of Title Registration.
Ridomil Rojas said he was pleased to receive them. "After listening to you, we want to thank you for your words and reiterate that we are always at your service.".
To conclude the courtesy visit, the RI's general manager emphasized that the institution's channels will always be available to listen to them and respond to their needs.
