PUNTA CANA, LA ALTAGRACIA PROVINCE - During the launch of the magazine Mujer de Concreto (Concrete Woman) by the El Inmobiliario , held last Saturday at the Four Points Hotel in this area, it was demonstrated that the leaders of the real estate sector in the Dominican Republic constitute an unstoppable, decisive and determining force in favor of the dynamism and strength of a sector that clearly shows stability and constant growth.
This is demonstrated by the content of the new publication, released to coincide with International Women's Day, which reflects the talent, intelligence, and perseverance of women in business, not only with a focus on profitability, but also with the sensitivity and spiritual dimension that their gender provides.

The architect and CEO of Construger, Yermys Peña; the CEO of Mr Home, Elizabeth Santiago; the Director of Operations at Noval, Laura Ileana Pérez; the CEO of Modern Properties, Judith Félix; the engineer and Vice President of Constructora Melcon, Annerys Meléndez; the CEO of Domus RD, Massiel Martínez; the CEO of Urban Group, Luz Sarmiento; the CEO of Echenique Group, Reyna Echenique; and the CEO of Platinum Brokers, Syndi Zamora, are part of the first edition.

At the start of the activity, Ana María Ramos, founder and director of the El Inmobiliario Media Group, which publishes the digital and printed newspaper El Inmobiliario and Mujer de Concreto, welcomed those present and thanked them for their attendance.
She stated that the magazine Mujer de Concreto is “a new professional endeavor that aims to make visible, recognize and celebrate the work of women in the real estate and construction sectors.”.
He welcomed the presence of the president of the Association of Real Estate Companies and Agencies (AEI), Alberto Bogaert; the president of AEI Women, Berenice Zapata; the executive director of ADOCEM, Julissa Báez; the director of AEI-East Zone, Osmán González; Ana Ventura from Expo Ferretera; and the distinguished speakers Hernando Gómez and Yermys Peña.
He also thanked panelists Iris Espinal (NOVAL), Fernanda Muñoz of EME CONCEPTS, and Reyna Echenique of the Echenique Group. He expressed his gratitude for the presence of business owners, brokers, real estate agency leaders, investors, developers, and real estate leaders from Santo Domingo and Punta Cana.
The day began with an opening ceremony to formally kick things off, followed by the conference "Transformational Leadership in the Era of the Digital Revolution" presented by economist Hernando Gómez Bergambre. Then, Yermys Peña spoke on "The Code of Power Without Excuses.".

The launch of Mujer de Concreto Magazine included the panel "Mujeres de Concreto: Arquitectas de un liderazgo sólido" (Concrete Women: Architects of Solid Leadership), where the speakers shared their success stories, their challenges, and the work they do from the positions they have been given as leaders.
