SANTO DOMINGO – For over 25 years, Ingrid Pérez has embraced entrepreneurship as a way of life and a means of leadership. Creating and growing projects have become an integral part of her daily life, her decisions, and her approach to success.
“Entrepreneurship has been a constant in my life, not only as a professional activity, but as a way of life,” said the businesswoman, founder and strategic partner of My Home Punta Cana.
As a psychologist by training, she entered the real estate sector driven by the need to continue evolving in an environment where she could integrate her knowledge and bring it to the business field.
He noted that this area, within the real estate market, allows him to listen more intuitively and understand people beyond the commercial discourse.
“I always try to ensure that my clients have a confident and structured experience in a market as dynamic as the tourism sector in Punta Cana, where choosing a good investment and making major asset decisions become a competitive advantage,” he said.
With that vision, My Home Punta Cana was born. As the company grew, the partnership with engineer Daniela Belmonte was solidified, a partnership that arose from her performance within the agency.
“I am bringing her on board as CEO because she is a leader with strategic vision, solid experience, and execution skills, reinforcing our mission and raising the standards of management and growth together,” he explained.
For Pérez, leading as partners has meant learning to build from trust, respect and clear communication.
“This diversity of thought forces us to question ourselves, to grow and to avoid comfort zones, something indispensable in a market as competitive as el inmobiliario,” he stated.
In addition to the real estate sector, Ingrid leads other business ventures, such as the restaurants Caí Ying and Amor Al Horno. From her experience, she revealed that managing several businesses simultaneously presents significant challenges.
“Each business brings different experiences and demands specific approaches, which develops discipline, adaptability, and a stronger strategic mindset,” he concluded.
